We will do the following to recruit potential employees from these impacted communities:
In job postings, we will include the words: “Residents of Albion are encouraged to apply.”
We have published and will maintain a page on our website explaining our social equity program. This webpage will encourage residents of Jackson, Albion and East Lansing (as well as other communities that have been disproportionately impacted by marijuana prohibition) to apply for jobs at Choice Labs. This page is available at http://www.choicelabs.com/pages/social-equity-program
We will post job offerings in local newspapers and on job boards within these communities.

We will offer mentorship to applicants and licensees who qualify for MRA’s social equity program.
